So glad it was an easy make, LOVE the polka dots! 🩷
This was my first independent try to sew without supervision and I found it very easy to follow the instructions. Since I am a bit taller I added a couple of extra lenght to the bottom piece and it turned out perfect! Would recommend!
You absolutely crushed it Jerneja!!
I love it especially with a waffle fabric! it was very easy to follow and i am a visual learner so anything with a video helps. I did it two different ways one with out elastic and drawstring and one with the drawstring.
I am a visual learner as well, so happy the video was helpful! Thank you so much Sydney 🩷
Great pattern! Really easy to make and I really like this method of doing pockets. Will be making loads more pairs for sure!
Yay so happy you loved the pocket method!
I have only done half of this pattern so far but I can tell it’s a good one. I struggle to find clear patterns as a teen beginner so this one having a video really helps and I will be using more patterns from Remy in the future ❤️
Thank you for such kind words Abby! I'm so happy to hear the pattern and video are helpful 🩷
Karina this turned out SO good!! Always best to take your time with it 👌
Girl i just got into sewing and REMY was so simple to follow, for the first shirt ive ever sewn im obsessed!!
This made my day!! Thanks so much Greta :)
Honestly the pattern is a bit hard to put together just cause there is so many papers but other than that it’s great!!
I absolutely loved this pattern! It’s very easy and fun to make, the instructions are clear and the video is so useful! I made mine a little longer (personal preference) but otherwise I found the measurements perfect!
Charlotte they look SO GOOD! So happy you loved the pattern :)
An easy sew, needed to lengthen leg and silly me just added on to the bottom rather than further u the leg - maybe a lengthen/ shorten line would help? Also I understitched (top stitched? I’m never sure which) the pocket openings so they wouldn’t roll in. Made them in top quality linen and they basically sewed themselves - beautiful!
Thank you so much Alison, I'm happy it was an easy sew! And a lengthen/shorten line is a great idea, I'll add that to the next update!
I made this bag and messed up a step unfortunately but I skipped a step by accidently. When you do the top stitch does it go through the quilted layer and the lining? Ty
Hi Courtney, yes your top stitch should go through all layers!
Just finished sewing the Olive top! I would say it’s beginner level however, I used the X-Small size but it still came out big on me…
Hi Daisy, it looks lovely on you! So glad you found it beginner friendly, the Olive Top is designed to be slightly oversized, but I always appreciate the sizing feedback and will keep it in mind for future updates!
It’s a nice pattern! There are some unclear portions of the instructions (that I and another friend agree upon), so you may need to spend more time on those areas- and I think that it needs to be adjusted. Other than that, cute shirt!
Hi Harper, thank you so much I'm glad you liked the pattern! I'll reach out to get more details on the unclear portions so I can improve the instructions for future sewers :)
I haven't started yet, but this pattern looks very easy to follow!
I just started making the Sandrine Pant and it’s coming together so quickly! I love how there are so many different visuals for instructions and everything is super easy to understand!
Thank you so much Emily, this makes me so happy to hear! I'm really glad the visuals are helpful :)
Printing out the pattern was a tad confusing at first but once I got it was good- sewing instructions are great
Very well crafted pattern! Came with a simple, easy-to-follow YouTube video! overall very satisfied!! the blouse I made came out very cute
Hi Federica! So happy your Margot Top turned out cute, thank you for the kind review :)
Such a well written pattern and the photos and video were very helpful. It turned out great! The only thing I would note is that if you have wider arms like I do, the armpits start to rub and got pretty painful after a night out! When inevitably make it again (because it's so cute and easy) I will definitely try to alter it so there is a bit more room in the pits and maybe a bit less tight on my traps. Either way, it's super cute and I LOVED making it. It got me back into sewing after a long break!!!
Thank you so much Anika, I’m so happy you enjoyed making the Elodie Top and that it helped you get back into sewing!! Thanks for sharing your feedback on the fit too, it's really helpful. I hope your next version feels even more comfortable!
I love that you have a YouTube video we can follow. As a beginner it made the process so much easier and smoother.
Thanks so much Kadie! I'm so glad the YouTube video was helpful :)
